To request deletion of your Kijani Asili Hub account, email us at kijaniasili12@gmail.com.

What to include in your email

• Subject: Account deletion request
• The email address or phone number used for your Kijani Asili Hub account.
• Your full name, if it is saved on the account.
• A short sentence confirming that you want your account deleted.

What happens next

We may reply to confirm account ownership before deleting the account. After verification, we will delete or anonymize account information associated with the app, including profile details, saved meal plan data, tracking responses, and support records where deletion is legally and technically possible.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
